Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel.
You authorise us to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as GST if the rate does not include it), every month upon renewal until you cancel.
We may change your plan’s rate each monthly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-month term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan on your next billing date.
If your payment method fails, you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription any time. If you cancel within 21 days of your first initial order, no charges will apply.
Should you cancel after 21 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Any subsequent orders after the first, initial order are not eligible to receive 21 days free access.
To cancel a recurring subscription, follow the PayPal instructions to cancel subscription payments. Any active Serendipity Software subscriptions will automatically cancel once the current billing cycle has expired.
Trial Terms
Serendipity Software offer a trial period of 21 days from the date of purchase of the first, initial subscription service.
This is valid only for a single user, single subscription purchase. Trial period is not available when purchasing subscriptions in quantities greater than one (1).
If you decide you do not want to remain a paying subscriber of Serendipity Software products, you are able to cancel your subscription within the first 21 days by following the
PayPal instructions as listed in the Cancellation Terms. Otherwise, at the end of the 21 day trial period you will be charged the then-current monthly rate for your subscription plan, plus applicable taxes (such as GST if the rate does not include it) every month upon renewal until you cancel.
The 21-day trial period can only be utilised once. If you have subscribed to any product, or have taken a 21-day trial period previously, you are ineligible for any further free trial periods.
